Quentin's "Schizo-Phibian" (pictured at right) was the winner of the Best of Show in the 2001 Annual First Congressional District Art Competition. The event was sponsored by U. S. Rep. Sonny Callahan, the drawing hung on display as a part of the national exhibition in the tunnel of the Cannon House Office Building leading to the United States Capital. There is more of Quentin's artwork being exhibited at the National Black Museum & Archives in Mobile, AL.

Quentin had his first art show on June 23, 2002 at
The Victorian Teal Art Gallery located in Mobile, AL. Approximately 170 guests arrived between 2pm and 5pm. During that time, Quentin presented Mr. Joseph B. Schenk (a representative for Mayor Mike Dow's office) with a picture of Mayor Mike Dow. There was an additional presentation for Commissioner Sam Jones, who attended the spectacular gala, and received his portrait also drawn by Quentin.
